| Krystal hauled my gelding,
Bacardi,
from Oregon to my front door last spring, and I couldn't have
found a better transport for him. From the beginning Krystal was
by far the best price out there. Many haulers will tell you that you
get what you pay for– but with Krystal and Haulin’
Ass Trailering, you get the BEST PRICE AND THE BEST SERVICE AVAILABLE.
Before the trip she was very professional and wanted to know
Bacardi’s complete history. Any other haulers I’d talked to
just wanted to know locations, or nearest locations for the pick up and
drop off. My horse was located in a very remote part of Oregon, out of
the way for anyone, but Krystal had no problem what so ever going all
the way to Wallowa and picking him up. While they were on the
road she would call every evening to give me an update on how things
were going. She really does take care of the horses she hauls as if
they are her own. She knows how much horses mean to their owners. One
things for sure – if I need another horse hauled from
outside, or anywhere in the state, Krystal is the only person I will
call. She's very professional, knows what she's doing, and
she will always return your call or email as soon as possible. She even
sent me a Christmas card! How many haulers do that! Thank you Krystal! Jenica Rose Sterling,

I contacted
Krystal to haul my horse up from Oregon in 2007. I was impressed
with her straight forward approach. She was
very attainment to find all the information that she needed to
take the best of care for my horse. She knows exactly all the
right questions to ask.
My
horse was unfortunately was one of the "problem" horses on
the very long trip from the lower 48! It came as a complete
shock to me. According to the contract Krystal could of
charged me extra for the trailer training that was provided for my
mare...However she didn't press the issue...for that I was
thankful..She gave me the benefit of doubt as I gave her my word that
truly I had never had any problems with her at all prior. My mare
was young and I'm sure she was stressed to being hauled so many miles
and of course being with other strange horses she didn't know.
My
mare arrived in a timely manner....she looked
good. Other than the normal exhaustion that was totally
expected after the long haul plus getting use to new
surrounding my mare made it through and recovered quickly and
happy....
Krystal is
very confident in her hauling abilities...She is independent and
very horse Savvy...I would use her again if needed for any future
haul I might possibly make.
One other
thing that really was outstanding in the quality of service;
she drove directly to the pasture to pick up my mare, and she
drove directly to my pasture to deliver.
She
even took time to have a promised hot breakfast dinner consisting
of sausage gravy and biscuits with fried eggs and tea.
She rested and talked and I was able to get to know her and her little
sweet daughter. It was just a wonderful time.

| Krystal
transported my
mare and colt from Idaho and did an excellent job. The previous
owner had delays in receiving the proper travel documentation that
delayed the transport pick up date. She was able to work around
the delays to ensure both the mare and colt were transported to
Alaska. I doubt that other transporters would have been so
helpful and flexible. Krytal kept in constant touch with us
during the transport. This was especially important when
transporting 2 month old colt who we were not sure would travel
well. I'm happy to report that both mare and colt arrived
safely and under no duress at all. I would definitely use her
services again without any concern. Paulette Coleman, Soldotna, Alaska. Mare
& Foal, approximately 6 days into their trip.

I'm a big
believer in the saying "you get what you pay
for". Well, I can honestly say that with Krystal you get much
more than you pay for. Krystal picked up my 3 year old rescue horse in
Oregon. He was in very poor shape. There was a delay getting his
paperwork signed so while she was waiting on that, she trimmed up his
feet for the trip. He'd never had them done before. Krystal gave 200%
to my poor guy, from trimming his feet before loading him up, to
treating sores on his face from a too small halter, to feeding him
non-stop on the trip back, and giving him some extra loving I'm sure.
I'm extremely pleased with the way she took care of Cody. I've seen
horses arrive at their destination sick because of the stress on them.
Cody arrived calm, stress free and well cared for. One thing I'll say
for sure is that Krystal is the only person I'll trust to transport my
horses to or from the lower 48, unless I do it myself. ![]() A BIG thank you, Krystal! Gayle Beckhart &

Krystal,
I just wanted to tell you
how incredibly pleased I am with the
service you provided in hauling my two Friesians to the lower 48 last
year.
When they arrived at their
destination, everyone asked how
far they had traveled as they looked in such excellent shape. They were
able to leave immediately
for the final leg of their
trip. This saved me time and
money.
You are a very professional
hauler and handled the change,
in taking them the additional way into southern Oregon, without any
hesitation.
Krystal, I want to thank you
again for treating My
Horses, as though they were your own.
When I send my next Friesians out to be judged, you will be first person I call. Jeffrey Duffield

| Krystal, Thank you SO much for doing
such an excellent job of hauling my horses. I know they were not easy,
but I appreciated your professionalism and your knowledge of how to
handle them. I wish they could have been as behaved as I know
they can, but you did great under the circumstances. Thank you
for handling their small injuries, which I know they caused from their
own ridiculousness along the ride. Again, I am sorry that they were not
as well mannered as I had
hoped.
Thanks again! Erin 2011 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

When I moved back to Oregon from Alaska, a friend of
mine gave me one of her horses. When contemplating how to
transport him from Palmer, Alaska to North Central Oregon we considered
both cost and safety. The foremost concern for both of us was
that my new Morgan gelding, Buzz, would be safe and well during his
trip to Oregon. We considered methods from driving him ourselves
to having him flown. We also considered a handful of individuals
to haul him for us. We both met with Krystal who met with us AND
Buzz (we were both concerned that Buzz would get along well with
whoever was hauling him.) It meant a lot to both of us that
Krystal would travel all the way to us not only to meet us, but Buzz as
well. In the end, we chose Krystal. Moving day arrived and
I eagerly awaited updates from Krystal each
day . The trip went well. . .but was long
(forever it seemed to me! lol) as she had to pick up/drop off others
along the way. Eight days after leaving Alaska, Krystal provided
front door delivery of my beloved gelding. I half expected him to
be flighty and perhaps a bit gaunt/dehydrated from his long haul.
When Krystal brought Buzz off the trailer, I was more than
surprised. Buzz looked as if he had endured no more than a 2 hour
haul. . .let alone an 8 day one. He was well fed, well hydrated,
and relatively relaxed. One of the things that most got my
attention was when Krystal was removing the halter padding (which she
provided!) from his halter. . .but was challenged with Buzz rubbing his
head on her. My horse has experienced some mistreatment (NOT from
his previous owner that gave him to me!!) and doesn't trust people
easily. It was rather obvious he had been treated very well and
that they had bonded. It was so sweet!!! Krystal let me
know that Buzz had gone through the hay provided for him for the trip
and that she had fed him some of hers (He's such a hog!!). When I
asked her what I owed her for the extra feed she refused. . .she
absorbed the cost of my horse eating her feed. . .which she had NO
obligation to do! I got reassurance that he had eaten well (a
horse that can easily polish off 20-30lbs of feed a day!) when I
offered him feed after she left and he barely nibbled at it.
I must add. . .at the time there was an equine
infection scare going on and my horse arrive clean and healthy!
Krystal. . .if I ever need a horse hauled again
between Alaska and Oregon, I will not hesitate to call you!

Krystal transported my Clydesdale "Duke", from Montana
to Kenai. Being new to the area, I had no idea who was the "good"
transport company to hire. Thankfully, Krystal was not only the
good one, she was the best one! She handled Duke very easily, and
he arrived in perfect condition. Even though Duke was her last
horse to drop off after her trip, she made sure we had time to
look him over, check his paperwork, and go over
his harness. Not once did she make us feel like we had to hurry
up, so she could go home. She kept us up-to-date with phone calls
during the trip, and took pictures too. I would highly recommend
Krystal to anyone who needs horses transported. She loves what she
does, and it shows! With Krystal, the horses come first, and you
can't ask for a better transporter than that. I look forward
to hiring her again to bring up two saddle horses for us this
summer!
Thank you Krystal!
